        Horrible customer service. The managers/ coworkers talk badly about the clients and other coworkers. horrible work eithc. Extremely RUDE and will never go to this location again.

        I had a massage scheduled at the uptown location and was expecting a call to confirm my appointment. I never received a call. I arrived at my appointment late and was charged the full amount of the massage on my credit card. The manager was completely unsympathetic and would not admit responsibility for not calling to confirm. This establishment seems more about making money than providing good customer service.‎ I was excited about a new massage place in my neighborhood, but I'll never return to Massage Envy.
