I never leave reviews but you all definitely warrant one. I have been calling since Monday and every time someone answers the phone it seems to be an inconvenience for them. I get put on hold for over ten minutes and the hung up on, I call back and let them know what happened and get no apology just put back on hold. When I finally did get some one on two different occasions they take my name and number and tell me someone will call me to schedule an appointment? Never get called back.one last time I call which is today Friday and this one lady who again I am apparently inconveniencing gets short with me and tells me that have no appointments until the 29th for a simple rabies vaccine. You think someone could have possibly told me that the first five times I called?Granted you are a vet clinic but customer relations has to be somewhat of an importance or your cliental will slowly and surely diminish. You guys have lost this customer along with everyone else that I used to refer to you

I had an emergency with my Sadie this morning and they took me right in. Dr Johnson is a great Vet and the staff was wonderful and understanding..It's worth the few minutes drive from jacksonville to beulaville

I'd agree the receptionist is not a phone person-very to the point, but not rude, on the phone. However-in person, she is so super sweet! The vet-OMG he's awesome! I will take my dogs to no other vet from now on. They are awesome, well priced, and well, just awesome. We went in the back door (never being there before) and they didn't give us any flack about it. If you haven't taken your dogs here before, start. The vet actually used his cell phone to call us before we went in because we had a dog bite incident and couldn't get in right away. He took the time to fit us in the first thing the next morning.Seriously the best find I've found-and we have 7 dogs.

I have four dogs, and there have been times that I have had to take them to the vet without an appointment. The only real issue I have had is with the receptionist. She's very nice in person, but I had asked her to call the lab to check on how much a test would be for me, and she promised to call me back and never did. She was very short with me and didn't seem interested in wanting to help. The actualy vet is great to work with though! He legitimately cares about his patients.
