        I've been bringing my 2 chihuahuas to this clinic for over 2 yrs, I have nothing but praises to the staff who are always super nice and professional. Dr Bernstein who despite being very young is a smart, competent and compassionate vet, she takes really good care of her patients and my little boys love her ❤️

        Dr Sheynberg is incompetent, condescending, and arrogant not to forget money hungry. He will hospitalize your pet unnecessarily for monetary gain, do unnecessary procedures etc.
        He has poor communication skills and is extremely rough with your pet depending on his level of hostility for the day.
        I gave him too many chances with my pets life not knowing how uncontrolled his outbursts can escalate...scary to say the least.
        NEVER allow Dr. Sheynberg to make decisions regarding your pets health.
        Unprofessional and exhibits extreme erratic behavior !

        I am new to the area and got a referal from a neighbor to SBVG. My cat Jobisca was having ear troubles. The receptionist was friendly & professional. The assistant clipped her nails, took her temperature and prepared her to meet the vet-so efficently. The vet, Dr. Sheyenberg(?) listened, took samples from the ears and offered his treatment plan and suggestions for shots. Before proceeding he gave me a full price (very resonable)so there were no surprises. When he gave me the follow-up medication he was thorough with the instructions. The most surprising and unexpected thing was the call the next morning to check on Jobisca. I would recommend SBVG to anyone based on the quality of care.
