Ed is a great Mechanic and runs a solid repair shop, he's fast and goes the extra mile to get your car fixed. He also doesn't charge you for fixes you don't need. When you come in to pick up your car, he often has a box of the broken parts sitting at the counter and he'll usually show you what was wrong. All mechanics should be this good!

I would agree with Amanda's statement.... The guy is beyond rude.

Bought a car from this dealership. Within two hours my girlfriend attempted to put her insurance info into the glove box, She unlocked it and it completely fell off. Then the next morning, on her way to work, the brakes went out. When calling these people the guy on the phone was very rude stating he isn't at fault and they asked what she did to the glove box to make it fall off and why she slammed on the brakes to blow the brake lines. they said they can fix all this for 75 bucks an hour. Incredible. No customer service. I don't know how they are still in business.

i wish i could give them -5 or more stars. very idiotic and rude person runs this business shakes a mans hand like a woman he is very deceiving and not very knowledgeable of the work being done or the issue you may have. I WOULD NEVER NEVER EVER recommend this business to ANYONE. very deceiving cheap ignorant and arrogant. over charges for less then satisfactory work

Do not buy a vehicle from this place. First inspection was $750.00. I just found out it is rusting on bottom, when I specifically said that was one of my concerns and did not want it on this car. They just covered it with paint.

I think that Randy and Amanda have the wrong business. They don't sell cars at Lakeshore Auto and Body. They service cars and perform state inspections. The owner Ed is one of the friendliest people you would ever meet. The repairs are completed correctly and at an affordable price I recommend this place to everyone . Bob Y.
