Horrible customer service. I scheduled a tow days in advance. It was an hour late, when i called the office to check on it, the owner was rude, said I should have assumed they would be an hour late, and then LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME. STAY AWAY FROM SAWYERS!

They do not sell or buy auto parts. Completely a service company. A great company to call for you towing needs!

Sawyers Towing picked up my truck abandoned in a parking lot. Charged me $25 for cutting a key and was on bill. When I went to pick up my vehicle there was no key. They have a nicer older gentelman that stays at the location and calls some rude arrogaint man on the phone that explains there is no key they charged for. When ask about the charge he said it was for something else but couldn't explain exacatlly what. So it cost me another $25 to get a key cut. All and all it cost me $325.00 to have my truck towed less than 10 miles. Beware of these people and hidden cost.
