This towing company is definitely sketchy and should be put out of business. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. If you have had a bad experience with them please put in a complaint with the county and try to get a class action lawsuit against them.

This company illegally removed my car from private property which was my apt. complex parking lot. All Day Towing took still photos from a personal camera and called them survelience photos, All Day Towing showed up several times in the middle of the night to take these pics to prove my vehicle was parked in a stall longer then the posted 24 hrs. it was designated for. my vehicle was still under the 24 hr. limit they would of known that if they used the rolling video instead of there personal camera. It is illegal in this state to tow a vehicle off private property unless management or the security of that complex,or the local authoritys give the authorization to take it. At this time all 3 entities just mentioned have all said they did not authorize this tow, It is apperant to me that All Day Towing stole my vehicle and DAMAGED IT. when I got home 2.2 miles away the frame completely broke to the ground on the right side the wheel well was sitting on the tires. I've had this car for a year already and never had any problems as soon as they take my car I pay 300.00 bucks to get back a damaged cadilac Deville. Well needless to say we are headed to court, shame on you All Day Towing.

I broke down in Hayward , ca I called several other towing companies and they didnt even answer there phones late night . All day tow answered there phone and they were to my location in 15 minutes , the driver was fast , we went to auto shop I use , it was late night . He dropped the car off . But I didn't have a ride home . I lived 5 miles away and the tow driver offered to drive me home . He was very busy and told me he had other calls holding but he could drive me home , I offered him a 20 dollar tip and he refused . Now that's great customer service . I will use them again .

I was very satisfied with the servie I was provided with. Not only did they tow my car home, the gentleman was very polite and courtious. I have recommended them to several family members and they have all been very satisfied as well. I would recommend them to any one.

Their prices are very reliable and good. Hope to keep using this guys for years.

This place is a joke for a tow truck company. My trcuk was tow away by them and we beat the tow truc to the yard and thats that he had a 15 minutes head start. The they steal charge me the gate fee and storage fee when it was only there for 5 minutes.There receptionist was not even helpful at all ahe could not even tell me why I was even getting charged for gate, and storage fee when it was not even there for less then 5 minutes. She told me at it $385 dollars and if I come back tomorrow is $305 dollars I asked her why is it less tomorrow instead of right now she cold not give and answer or the tow truck guy they said talk to the manager tomorrow. The storage yard did not look safe at all.

I DONT RECOMED THEM THEY ARE VERY UNPROFFESIONAL & THEY GET NASTY WITH PEOPLE WHEN THEY DAMAGE A VEHICLE.



I HAD SO MANY COMPLAINTS I HAD TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT FOR MYSELF. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A REAL OFFICE THEY ARE IN A WAREHOUSE WITH A BUSINESS THAT PAINTS CARS, THEIR TOWING YARD IS FULL OF JUNK. LADY THAT WORKS IN OFFICE LOOKES LIKE SHE IS ON DRUGS & THE GUYS THAT DO THE TOWING ARE HORRIBLE DRIVERS. I SAW AS THEY BROUGHT A CAR IN IT WAS NOT A PRETTY SIGHT. THEY ARE ALL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.



DONT USE THEM. I DONT REFFER ANY OF MY CUSTOMERS TO THEM ANYMORE.

Car was parked outside of a residence for LESS THAN 5 min with an open garage and evident notice that the person was coming back in less than 2 min. Wallet/phone was inside, now I realize they had a right to tow but they charged $380 even though we got to them before it was even in the lot! Charged a "Storage Fee" Even though the car was released outside of the lot where they store the cars. Numerous fees which seemed very superfluous and not quite legitimate. Ridiculous, also the man who was at the attending lot had alcohol on his breath, we will be filing a report about this. I am not saying they had no right to tow but I am saying their fees were not correct and the management was horrific.



Very unprofessional and overall a questionable business.

Be very careful out there, one of their drivers groped me after finding out where I lived from my ID card!

WARNING: Do not use All Day Towing in Hayward, CA. They are a completely dishonest company. We recently learned that they will drive around looking for vehicles to tow for no reason. Then if you are there and stop them while your vehicle is being "hooked up" to the truck, they will take cash from you to prevent it from being towed. Otherwise, they'll just take it and charge you a couple hundred dollars to get it back. They also claim to take photos of your vehicle parked a certain way (after THEY move it themselves). DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Quick and friendly service- not like some of these tow truck companies! AHEM! Got the job done quick and easy, which was RELIEVED my stress about finding a tow truck for me! Thanks!
