Each day, Dr. Nelson renews his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement for his patients that have entrusted their care with him.Dr. Nelson earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. Also, at Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Nelson completed his internship and residency training. Dr. Nelson is board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS). His clinical interests include complex spine conditions, lumbar degenerative disk disease, and treating brain and spine tumors.In his free time, Dr. Nelson enjoys traveling and many outdoor activities like adventure motorcycle riding, golfing, hiking, and auto detailing.
