I observed my truck being towed away by the rear wheels out of the ally that I was parked in. After the Reds tow truck turned the corner I lost sight of my vehicle. I then called Reds and found the location of my vehicle was in their impound lot. Upon arrival the door was locked and a woman came over to unlock it. She told me the cost of the tow charge, $165, and asked how I would be paying. The towing fee was $125, and the dolly fee was $40. She assured me that no damage could have been done to my vehicle. I then asked her if I could get her statement in writing – such as “Reds Towing guaranteed that no damage had been done to my vehicle while they had towed it.” She said that Reds was unable to guarantee that and that in no way would they give me a written statement of it. I explained her that anytime I have ever had something done to my vehicles that I get a written statement of what work was done to vehicle and a guarantee that that specific work was all that was done. I hit a deer on my way to work early one morning. Red's Towing came to my rescue within 30 minutes of me calling them. The driver was so kind and helpful, he took my car to the body shop and even gave me a ride to work! Thank you for making a bad day better!

I had to be towed once and the guy took forever to get there and he even scratched my bumper. They seem to have lower prices which is great but I'm afraid this is one of those you get what you pay for kind of things.

I was locked out of my car and late for an appointment so I called red's and they were quick to show up and quick to get me into my car and on my way!
