Lowe's Home Improvement

Last year I had a home built near Mustang and had used Lowes Mustang on a regular basis for articles I needed for my home. The store personnel were always friendly and helpful. I even thought I might like to work at Lowes Mustang since I recently retired.I had nothing but praise for Lowes Mustang until......I decided to order blinds for my home. Contract and payment were made on 1 Sept. 2016 after the windows were measured, and the blinds were suppose to be in within two weeks. I received a phone call from Lowes Mustang at the end of two weeks from a woman who informed me their would be a delay since the blind company had run out of paint. After approximately another week, I received a call telling me the blinds were in and since I had paid for deliveryA date and time were scheduled with the person who was to install my blinds. That morning, I removed all temporary blinds, moved furniture away from the windows. The gentleman came, but discovered the brackets for the large windows were missing. I had to haul in a large ladder and hang sheets over the large long windows. He hung the blinds for the doors, called the store and told me I should here from Lowes within an hour. No call! I finally called the next day in order to inquire about the company, lack of brackets, when they would be arriving etc. Needless to say the person, in the blinds dept. was rather testy to say the least. I never raised my voice, just stated the facts and asked for the blind companies customer service number.The company denied they had ever run out of paint, but took full responsibility for the brackets. They gave me the tracking numbers for each blind which I checked. The blinds arrived on the 14th, 16th and the brackets on the 29th via Fed Ex. I checked them all on line.Finally, on 5 Oct. after I picked up the brackets, had a meeting with the blind's division manager, the blinds were installed efficiently and perfectly.Last comment: Lowes reimbursed me 10% For the blinds "goat rope". However; Even though I have several major projects that I had planned on Lowes completing, I have gone else where and will Never do business with Lowes Mustang again. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, misinformation and time it took to complete this project.Someone needs to be held accountable.

Very good customer service. When I called I was able to talk to a knowledgeable person and they answered my questions pronto. There service makes me want to shop Lowe's in Mustang.

I had been pricing water softeners in the Metro, and Lowes was the cheapest price i could find and the brand was Whirlpool, and the service was wonderful.Treavor was the representative and was very helpful. And very knowledgable in in this area.
