Wonder if I have a case against anesthesiologist that damaged throat(2020 surgery)? I've already had 2 surgeries with at least 2 more to correct the damage. Not sure where to turn or go. I believe my time is running out, but I cannot pay for all of this

Answer

Without additional information about the specific circumstances of your surgery and the damage to your throat, it is difficult to provide a definitive answer to your question.

However, in general, medical malpractice cases can be complicated and difficult to prove. You would need to show that the anesthesiologist was negligent in some way and that their negligence caused your injury. You would also need to demonstrate the damages you have suffered as a result of the injury.

If you believe that you have a case for medical malpractice, you should consult with an experienced medical malpractice attorney who can provide guidance and advice about your specific situation. They can help you determine whether you have a case, what your legal options are, and what kind of damages you may be entitled to recover.

It is also worth noting that there may be time limits, known as statutes of limitations, for filing a medical malpractice claim. These limits vary by state, so it is important to act quickly to protect your legal rights.

If a company refuses to return the money, the customer can contact the company's customer service or escalate the issue to a higher authority. It would be best for the customer to provide evidence of the purchase and return, such as receipts or tracking numbers, when contacting the company....Read More

Here are some general signs that may indicate a malpractice case:

  1. Negligence: If a healthcare professional neglected to take necessary steps to diagnose or treat a patient's condition, this may be considered negligence.
  2. Misdiagnosis: If a healthcare professional misdiagnosed a patient's condition, this may result in incorrect treatment or delayed treatment, which can worsen the patient's condition.
  3. Medication errors: If a healthcare professional made errors in prescribing, dispensing or administering medication, this may lead to harm or injury to the patient.
  4. Failure to obtain informed consent: If a healthcare professional fails to obtain informed consent from a patient before performing a medical procedure, and the patient suffers injury or harm as a result, this may be considered malpractice.
  5. Breach of duty: If a healthcare professional fails to provide the standard of care that is expected of them, this may be considered a breach of duty.

It is recommended to consult with an experienced medical malpractice attorney to evaluate the specific circumstances and determine if there are grounds for a malpractice case.
