This is absolutely the worst dog care facility I have dealt with. My dog was injured, and the injury went unnoticed for days until I picked her up, gave her a bath and noticed bloody cuts, scrapes and puncture wounds. When I let the staff know, the response from the owner was to blame my dogs behavior using reports that could not possibly be about my dog. When confronted, they ended all communication.
Utah dog park puts on a good face, with a large clean facility, friendly staff up front who seem to know whats going on until put to the test.
I have a three and a half year old female golden retriever. We have used day care to socialize her since she was six months old, and I have been very involved in getting to know the facilities before leaving my dog with people I don't know. I am also very aware of her behaviors while in daycare because I don't want to raise a dog that doesn't behave. So when I was told that she frequently humps and plays rough I know they are lying.
Do not take your dog here, they don't care about the animals, they are understaffed for the number of dogs they take in and they don't pay enough attention to notice bloody cuts and scratches. The owner Dr. Pam Nichols is unprofessional, dishonest and completely unaware of how her staff is taking care of the animals. There was no follow through about my complaint. They even brought out the wrong dog when I first got there to pick her up! They have no idea what they are doing! Take your dog anywhere else!

We take our dogs to Dr. Pam and her colleges at the Utah dog park. You can take your dog there just to play for the day or see a vet like Dr. Pam. You can also board you dog if needed. Dr. Pam is not only a vet but a good friend also. Try the Utah dog park Linda and Clark Harvey love it and we think you will also.
