Rhiner Wayne Plumbing

My whirlpool faucet decided to stop working at 11:30 at night...and would not turn off. After fighting with a different company to get it fixed, i told them not to come back. I called three other companies who either said they wouldn't touch whirlpool tubs, were too busy to come out or didn't even return my call. I called Wayne Rhiners, had an appointment for the next work day. Plumber came out, had the part for my unusual faucet, and had it fixed within an hour. I will certainly keep Wayne Rhiner's phone number and next time i have a problem, will call them to fix it!

First plumber was 2 hours late and said we had no power going to the water heater.Next day, different plumber back, 2 hours late again, and said it was just the pilot lite.Next morning, I find a massive amount of water in the basement next to the unit.Called the company and the secretary/owner was rude rude rude.Cannot say enough negative things about this business.

Recently needed a repair and looked up the number on the Dex App. Well I was saddened to see a poor rating. My family and I have done service with this company for many , yes, many years. They are great. Timely. Professional. Clean. Reasonable rates. Plumbing is not a dime a minute cost. It requires someone who knows what they are doing. Call them and you will be very pleased with the work and the longevity of the repairs and the company. Also, I see that the negative review is no longer on the listing. Good.
