This is an amazing place to have your car fixed. Dennis and Marcia (yes they want you to know them on a first name basis) told us they would take care of us and they truly did. They had my car ready exactly when they said it would be ready and made sure I was 100 percent satisfied before I left. I will never use another body shop again. I HAD MY CAR REPAIRED AT GILLISPIES THIS SUMMER AND THIS WAS THE CLEANIEST BODY SHOP I HAD EVER SEEN. THIS EXPERIENCE CHANGED MY PERCEPTION OF WHAT A BODY SHOP IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE. I WAS GREETED AT THE DOOR LIKE I WAS A FAMILY MEMBER OF THIS FAMILY OWNED BODY SHOP. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND REPAIRED MY CAR IN THE TIME THEY SPECIFIED. THEY CALLED ME WITH PERIODIC UPDATES THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. I AM HAPPY TO SAY I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AT GILLISPIES.
