I have bought 3 Mercedes from them & I kept the maintains up & never had a problem with the cars!! and my whole family even shop there for years, they have alot nice cars to choose from & hella cheap too, i mean lets be honest you are buying a used car so you get what u pay for, all these other reviews dont make sense! it makes me mad how people talk about a used dealership without experience! what do expect the cars are being sold way below KKB value!! You are NOT BUYING A Brand New Car! you got the options to test drive the vehicle even have it checked by a mechnic. If you dont like then Dont Buy It!

This place looks legit when shopping online. However, we went there yesterday with cash in hand to purchase a vehicle. We weren't going home empty handed. Once we were at this place we quickly realized this place is a joke! It is obvious the reason the cars our at "wholesale" prices is because they are crap cars bought at auctions. There were several cars with broken windows and I lost count how many had dented up fenders and hoods or had a donut tire on. These were just the cars we could see, they had so many cars packed in there with snow piled up past the windows you couldn't even tell what was what. After 30 minutes of looking around a "salesperson" finally walked by us and said "yeah its a little icy, it'll melt in a couple days" and then walked off. What a joke of a place, we went around the corner to Phoenix Indoor Auto Sales and purchased! What a waste of a drive and time to this place!

I Came to this place because I had an open loan already and I had no choice but to go to a buy here pay here. This was the first place I went to. While I was applying for a loan, someone came in complaining about there car breaking down that they JUST bought. They were YELLED at to GET out the office because they obviously would affect business with there complaints. That should have been a sign for me to RUN!!!! But instead I gave them a fair chance because sometimes you get what you pay for. Well ,I decided to put down $2000 for a jeep that I was approved for. The deal didn't go through because I had the wrong info on a paystub that was not my fault. So when I came to get my $2000 back, they wrote me a check for $1701. Saying that they took $299 for FEES on a vehichle I NEVER TOOK POSSESION OF!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. TAKE YOUR INCOME TAX MONEY ETC ELSEWHERE!! THEY ARE NOT PEOPLE YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM. I AM GOING TO SUE THEM FOR THE REMAINDER OF MY MONEY AND MK A POLICE REPORT. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS CAR LOT BE AN OPTION BECAUSE I PROMISE YOU ,THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!

I don't care about the other reviews! all I gotta say is I bought my first car here which was a mustang for a amazing price & until today it's running perfect! this is my forth time buying a car at this place! they have the cheapest prices ever! thanx joe
