My Washing Machine Wouldn't drain, I called Tom, he was a nice guy explained everything he did and charged me $85 flat fee for all his labor. Best experience I've ever had with a repair guy by far. If you have no clue who to choose he is a safe bet who will be honest and up front with you. I've never even been motivated to write a review for a company before but he was that nice of a guy. Keep small businesses like this in Business you won't regret it.
