OC Pole Fitness is located in the Aliso Viejo Town Center. We offer pole dancing for fitness and aerial classes (silks, hoop, and hammock). We deliver real fitness results combined with a sensual twist making our form of fitness fun, safe, professional, tasteful, and effective. Our Pole Dance Classes and full suite of other alternative fitness classes incorporate yoga, pilates, strength training, cardio and exotic dance movements to build strength, flexibility, self confidence and overall fitness. We also offer stretching, calisthenics and conditioning classes for men too!Looking to plan a ladies or mom's night out? Bachelorette or birthday party? We do pole & aerial parties too! Aerial and circus theme parties available for teens!
