We use the same high-end truck-mounted equipment for tile and grout cleaning as we do for our upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning. That means that you can make one appointment for all of your in-home cleaning.

If you are able to do this it does help you to get a better job. We also believe it is very helpful to vacuum again once carpets are dry after cleaning. Regular vacuuming will absolutely help carpets stay clean longer.

It means that your carpet is loose and has bubbles. Carpet stretching is a process that involves pulling the carpeting tighter and re-securing it to the tack or anchor strips located along the perimeter of the room in the sub-flooring.
Steam Cleaning
Most modern carpet cleaners do not use shampoo as it leaves behind the most residue causing rugs to get dirty quicker and also takes life out of the carpets much more than steam cleaning because you don’t want to leave any detergent of any kind behind after cleaning. Some cleaners do a double method with shampoo and extraction but we still find shampoo bubbles up far too much and is not all removed. Our chemicals get the carpets as clean if not cleaner and are also much easier to rinse out at the end.

Yes very much so. Portable cleaners are good for spot cleaning but do not do deep cleaning like professional cleaners do. It is very important to have rugs deep steam cleaned at minimum once every three years. Once you get past 3 years any savings you think you are getting on cleaning you lose by having the dirt that is in the rug wearing out the fibers and causing you to need to replace them sooner.
