Hoover Street Auto

I was traveling from Traverse City to U of M hospital when my car started making a terrible loud noise like I was dragging a trash can! I called Hoover to see if they would look at it after my appmt & they said come in & just go to the desk.
When I got there, they immediately came out to look at it. They determined that a plastic shield had broken loose and was dragging. I was told it wasn't a safety issue. They cut off the dragging portion & secured what they couldn't remove, so I could make it back home to Traverse City.
They were super nice & accommodating & they didn't even charge me!
If I lived in Ann Arbor...they would be my "go-to" auto repair shop!

Hoover Street Auto provides consistent quality workmanship and their service reps are fabulous! Always willing to help me with the weirdo problems my aging car presents.

Do not visit if your counting your nickles. It takes a lot of money for ANY shop to really fix your car. This place isnt going to engage is half- work. its going to leave 100% or you can take off un-touched by their crew.

I had to get my car fixed when I was in town and didn't know where to go. Someone recommend Hoover St. so I checked them out. I've never had such good service from an auto shop. And the prices were right too. I highly recommend them to everyone.
