Bmw/Mini of Annapolis

7 mos ago- Service is a challenge at this location. Had to return twice for minor service. There were transparency issues as well as communication. Recalls were not address, overcharges had to be refunded, and scheduling issues on their behalf. I'm not sure what is going on at this BMW location, but it can be a complete mess.

7 mos ago- Update: Service Manager reached out to try to make things right. Will reconsider.

Another Update: After reconsidering, unfortunately, things have gone wrong again. I would definitely consider other locations before the Annapolis location. I wanted to be a repeat customer and be open-minded about mishaps and things of that sort but my car is an investment that I take care of and value. To have to be disappointed with service such as a battery change is ridiculous! I'm a very fair person. Rarely do I write a negative review but BMW Annapolis deserves it. Please BEWARE. Your experience with this location could go either way. But I have noticed complaints at this location are very common. I will not be returning.
