        I am writing concerning an accident that occurred today. 9/10/2016.
        Officer Tanner came to my door. Rang the doorbell and stayed he had an arrest warrant for my son. A lot occurred here today and I have talked to a lawyer concerning this officers behavior. Why when asked multiple times he would not reveal these papers to my son or to me. Why he handcuffed my son with absolutely never reading his memorandum rights? This same officer has been here before and has had our complete cooperation. I feel he behaved aggressively without provocation.
