Saturday, Augest 11, 21012, I was recommended by a dodge dealership in Dallas to take my dodge ram to this company so I called the Arlington store & spoke with one of the men working there, and explained my concern which was a CD disk was struck in my CD player. I was informed that I there was about a 70% chance that the CD player would not work afterwards since it was a factory CD/FM/AM player there was a greater chance. However the guy felt my pain and stated that if he can used his tool going into the player to removed the disk there wouldn't be a charge, if not then pull the player out and open it would charge a fair price. I was there at the shop 30 minutes later. The tech was unable to remove the disk so then he took the truck into the shop to go to work. The tech came into the store area about 30 minutes and stated to me that he had, "good news and bad goods". I wanted the bad news first. He stated he removed the disk and the player works however, the bad news was that he had to break the disk. I stated MAN! That's still great news. A female freinds forced the disk in the player to begin with, and since I have forced her out of my life. OMG!!! That's great.

I compliment this store. The staff was professional and they took out the time to fit me into their schedule that day, now I'm able to turn some corners while listening to my music again. Peace to the Arlington Store.

Nick is the current owner and he's an out in front owner. Great audio,video, phone,satellite, mobile TV, alarms and lighting gear with outstanding installation.
