        Late April 2017 I added Led lights, tapping the 120v line in a 3 way, 4way lighting circuit. The builder didn't mark the travelers wires so when binding all neutrals I created a circuit short - the electrician found the shorted neutral/travelers but failed to re-order the 3way,4way wiring circuit which was not evident when he left after two hours and $200 for his time. The result after 2 hours of electrical service was that only 1 of 3way switches and the 4way switch will control the lights and only if one of the three switches provides power to the circuit.Sent an email to Azle Air and Electrical about the problem but have received no response after two weeks. Attempted phone calls reach only voice mail.

        First guy said problem was and a connector, did repair and added freon. One week later leak from ac everywhere. Called again, different guy came and said it was low on freon. What a ripoff. If you can't hire people who know their job then to need to close. Or is it a scam to collect $100 service fees over and over again. Very dissatisfied.
