        Hello, my name is Steve Rathbone and thought by some folks an expert in solving vehicle problems. Even the best designed of todays vehicles can at times have issues that create a less than charming experience for most owners. Mechanical Advantage sets itself apart from the crowd in delivering pinpoint diagnostic accuracy and thorough resolution to these problems. Although my passion and area of specialty is in diagnostics, a high level of competency is also offered in generalized repair and maintenance of your vehicle.         Overall

        I used to try to repair my own vehicles, but have found Mechanical Advantage can take the trial and error out buying parts I didn't need and fix it right at a cost that is more than reasonable. After his first repair job, I was sold and go there exclusively.

        I've used Steve on several occasions for various auto diagnostic and repair jobs. He seems to be able to find the problem when no one else can, and I will use him again as necessary.

        Steve, owner of Mechanical Advantage, has been my mechanic for over 10 years. He has diagnosed and repaired all my cars from a compact Ford to a Mercedes Benz. His ability to diagnose problems, especially electrical problems is most valuable. My vehicles have all been restored to good service and, in some cases, other shops would have failed. I give Steve my highest rating.

        I've used Steve several times for various auto repairs. The jobs were always done right and at the agreed cost. Will use him again the next time I need some work done.
