Ran my credit without my consent and insisted i did in house financing I said no after Ty Hoang would not negotiate price on vehicle it took them a long time to print out buyers order and on my way home Ty Hoang called and said there was another buyer interested in the vehicle that the buyers order meant nothing and if I really wanted it to do in house financing both him and Lee Love insisted many times vehicle was dirty and only one key don't recommend this dealership at all

Stay away. The internet folks quoted a very good price on a CR-V so I called them to confirm it was on the lot. The salesman said they could see it on the lot even after I was very specific about what I was trying to purchase (color and trim were important to us). So logically I drove 30 miles out of my way to visit the dealership and pay cash for the car. It was not there, and the sales manager said they had not sold one like this one in the past four months. So here's the summary: I was badly misled just to get me into the dealership. While I was there I decided to try to salvage the trip and talked for a while with a salesman who was not able to accurately quote trim levels on the Accord or CR-V. Now come on...these are your two biggest sellers and you don't know your product. Stay away from this Honda dealer...there are a lot of choices out there that are really easy to work with, know their product, and tell the truth.

Quoted timing belt replacement job at $650.00 + tax however the crankshaft pulley broke during disassembly an aftermarket pulley was installed and I was charged an additional $165.08. Also a section of timing belt cover gasket was left off. Service Mgr. Offered to have the missing gasket section put on or a $110.00 store credit but would not credit back my Visa card. I did not want to have them fix the job that should have been done right the first time around besides what else might they break and make me pay for! To be honest it really is the principle. Could not win for losing with Community Honda in Baytown,TX.

don't buy from them. Sunni Weeks tried to rip my off by selling me GAP, extended warranty and etch theft protection. I did eventually get all my money back but it took months of trying. she is a liar. the etch theft protection wasn't even done on the car.

it's all smiles when selling you the car, but total hell when you try to correct their wrong doing!

Art was an awesome sales person. I've had very bad luck for ten straight weeks, & it changed the day I came into Community Honda to speak with him and get my new car.
