I love this place. Went to several dealerships looking to buy a car and these people were the best, but most importantly, they were honest about everything. They had several cars I liked. Some had rebuilt titles and were priced much lower than the clean title cars. They explained everything to me. I choose the car with the rebuilt title and I had no trouble getting the car registered in DE. It's been six months now and I love my car. I take very good care of her and she runs like a champ. People who don't know how to maintain a car should probable lease or finance a brand new car. I also I saw the review posted by Black G. I can tell you that the story about the Nissan Maxima is true because I had an 06 Nissan Maxima that had the same issue. I bought it at a certified dealership and even they did not cover my repairs when my engine blew because of the faulty timing chain. I contacted Nissan and they acted as they didn't care. You can't blame a used car dealership for a car that was poorly manufactured. For big companies like Nissan it's all about the profits their executives can pocket and fixing their cheap cars would mean that their golden parachutes would shrink. But I learned my lesson and before I buy a car I do my research.

30 day warranty that they won't honor. When you have a problem less than 3 days into ownership one wouldn't expect to receive a text saying to contact Nissan Corporate or to join a lawsuit about problem. They don't service cars by evidence of red transmission fluid in a CVT transmission. They hold spare key for 60 days wth?my issue would only cost them 400 to fix on a car I bought at full asking price what gives.Manager never called to try to fix issues.

Overall
awesome place. love my car.

I guess there is always one or two who will find reasons to not be happy judging from the other review but I just have to say I love my car. I found that this place has both cars who have a previous history and some who dont. My car does have a fender bender history and they do tell you before you buy. I know the price I payed for it was because of the history or otherwise I would have payed a lot more.

Just to note...my aunt works at dmv in new jersey and she has told me there is no way anyone can change a vehicle Vin number It's illegal and pretty much impossible as the cars Vin is unique to each car.

But anyways, I had to share that I had a great experience and the people there were very friendly. I'm thinking of purchasing another vehicle and I know I'll definitely return to this place.

**Beware** DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! Visited this car lot, and saw what appeared to be a very nice Infiniti G-35 for my 18 year old daughter. Took it for a test drive, and it ran pretty good. Decided to purchase the car for $8000. Put a down payment of $4500 and financed the rest (in-house). Signing the paperwork & came across the vehicle damage report to which the dealer stated "The vehicle had a minor fender bender, which has been fixed. Not sure if it was the left or right, so I just have to check with the boss who's outside to put down the right information". Proceeded with the paperwork. She went in the back, and came back with my documents in an envelope. They offered a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty, so out the door I went. A few days later, the engine light came on. Took it back, and he fixed it (or so I thought). Rode a few more days, engine light on again...took it back. On the 24th day, I told my daughter that the warranty was about to expire, and we needed to know what the real problem was. So I decided to take the car to Infiniti & find out. The technician came out and said "who did you buy this car from"? I replied "Best Deal Auto in New Castle". He said "Wow!! What a shame. This is a salvage car. The VIN number on the door doesn't even match the VIN on the engine. I can see a major part of the problem is electrical. The horn isn't even wired properly. Neither is the alarm. I suggest you take it back where you got it from". Furious, I returned to the dealer, told her my findings, and the same lady who sold me the car stated "I have your vehicle damage report right here. You and your daughter signed it, knowing it was a salvage car". The vehicle damage report which initially said "bumper damage" was written all over in large letters "SALVAGE TITLE...REBUILT VEHICLE". I was blown away!! Went home, opened up the envelope, and of course a copy of the vehicle damage report I signed was not in there! To end this awful story, I got a call from Geico, stating that the VIN number was the wrong VIN for that car. You can't get full coverage for a vehicle with a salvage title, so they changed 1 number on the VIN!!
