Ownership change? Interesting shop...took a vehicle to them for a suspension issue. Their fix was to replace the battery. When I returned shortly there-after with the exact same problem (you know the suspension that was not previously addressed, I was told some wear and tear parts in the suspension needed to be ordered, and they would call when the parts arrived. The vehicle was never placed on a lift for any kind of inspection. I was told that parts would be ordered (whatever they were), and I would be advised when they would arrive so the service could be completed. Big surprise, that never happened. I ended up just going back to the dealer. If you have a Land Rover, just go to the Dealer. This business claims to be the Land Rover "Dealer Alternative." Hardly. You may pay a little more at the Dealer, but at least you get actual service, not just wasted time.
