Overall

Avoid this doctor's office at all costs. Dr. Harvey and Dr. Quinney were EXTREMELY and REPEATEDLY rude and unprofessional in several conversations and visits. Dr. Quinney did a port replacement procedure for me. A couple of days after the procedure, my nurse tried to use the port and it didn't work. So I called him and he said he would have to take it out and put it in another place; he did that a week later. So apparently, he never tested it after he put it in the first time, which caused me to have two surgeries instead of one. Two to three weeks after the second procedure, I felt something like a foreign object just under the surface of my skin. I showed this to one of my other doctors and he told me to go back to Dr. Quinney about it. I called Dr. Quinney and he immediately blew up and told me there was NO WAY that he had left anything in there and told me bluntly not to come back to his office ever again. Then he called my primary care doctor to tell him I might be coming to see them about it. So I went to a general surgeon, who confirmed that there was something left under my skin, although it was nothing harmful; it was merely some stitches. But two points about this: Number one, they violated the privacy policy. It is my understanding that no doctor can discuss a patient's information with any outside party unless given written permission, which I did not. Number two, I've never heard of any doctor telling a patient to never come back. I was not at all rude with him and gave him no reason at all to have such an attitude. One more thing: I am now having some problems related to that procedure, but they refuse to see me about them. I have had a great number of health issues over the years, so I have seen many, many doctors and surgeons about various subjects, and these doctors were by far the worst I have ever seen.
