        I am a Allstate motor club member. My van unexpectantly broke down in town thank God. The Allstate dispatch recomended Adams towing & recovery. Since they were less than 21/2 mile from where my van was located & because they have pretty trucks,I agreed to get them to tow my van.

        The dispatchers were rude! They lied several times. 2 miles away & I waited 3 hrs in the dark & cold!!! Mind you they promised to be enroute the whole time. The lady even lied about them NOT having a yelp page!! Awful attitudes!!

        The driver finally came and was one of the most pleasent people I've met. God bless him for is attidude. But Those dispachers SUCK!

        I got great service from Adams Towing. Due to the negative reviews, I was very apprehensive about Adams Towing being the company called to answer my auto problem. Tyler, who has worked for Adams Towing over 18 months, said they answer approximately 1,000 calls a month. So why only 4 reviews? It appears people only write reviews if they are unsatisfied. I write reviews if I like the service. I leave it to others to complain. I asked Tyler how he was being treated. Tyler has no complaints. The service was professional and Tyler arrived on time. In fact, he had to wait for me. Judge for yourself. - 7/3/2017.

        I have AAA and they use this co for towing I had my car towed and the towing driver caused some damage. I contacting Adams Towing about the matter and towards the end of getting things all settled Wendy who was helping me had the worst addutuide, she was just hateful and demanded who I was going to let repair my car. She over talked me and told me she writes the checks and to never call there again. My car is still not fixed!Not great on customer service unless u do things there way.
