I have had my vehicle's serviced a westcott for the past 6 years. They have a very friendly staff. I have also used there Body Shop and was very satisfied with the quality of work that was done on my car! Westcott Buick's service dept and body shop are the Best in Burlington!!!!

Concerened if I was ok and also set up my rental for me. My vehicle was completed early and they even cleaned it up for me.

I've purchased 5 vehicles from Westcott and had all 5 of them worked on thru their service department. From the front to the back, all of the people there are very nice and professional. Thanks to Greg & Gary for helping me with all my purchases and Tina and Larry for helping me with my repairs. You guys are the BEST!!!

They have always took care of my cars. we have purchased 6 cars from Westcott and have had all of them serviced in their service department.The people there will always greet you with a smile and ask you if you have been waited on. I feel that their prices are very competitive. I have always heard nothing but positvie things about the Westcott's and their dealership and staff there. AAAAA+++++ SERVICE, SALES AND BODYSHOP.

We a year ago inherited a Buick so we wanted to take the vehicle to a Buick service center. Well Westcott is just down the road. We have been there 3 times in the year and all times the personnel have been rude, short and not helpful. We also feel there prices are excessive compared to other dealerships. We have had work done there to go back the next time and they tell use there is something wrong and it is what they supposedly fixed before. They will not talk you through repairs they are just short and say this has to be done. Another local dealership we have our other vehicle worked on walks us through all repairs, what is priority and what can wait or what we can do ourselves, etc. Why does this center feel rudeness is the way to get business, this will be our last visit.

we had asked the salesman for us to look around lot first and pick out a vehicle before signing paper work to have our credit run....he insisted we couldnt do that and had to sign to run our credit before. my husband signed the paper, but the salesman said if we just singed the paper he would wait and see if we found one we liked first. We also advised him we are in process of gettin a home and dont want to have our credit run, he said he wouldnt. we looked around the lot and really didnt find but one car we liked but we wanted to look around. He told us he would wait to run credit report and we both agreed with the salesman to not run credit until we called him back on monday morning, this was on a saturday morning, we had found a vehicle in another lot that we liked but they were closed so monday morning my husband called westcott buick and told them we werent interested and not to run our credit he said ok and would shred it...when I went to other dealership he turned me down for a vehicle because my credit had been run 11 times by westcott buick. they run one time but thru 11 different banks..I called and adv the vice president to have owner call me, he actually has office and is there every day in the same building, she assured me he would call, I told her thats not how you do business. He never called me to fix it. ""bad business""
We still have your husbands signed credit application on file as required by law. As you stated you went to another dealership and had your credit pulled again there. We have received your concern and we have attempted to call you several times and the phone number you provided us was not active. Please come by or call to discuss futher. Also, there would be no reason for us to run your credit 11 times. Do to the fact that we talked 3 months after your visit, I asked if you could supply us with a list of inquires. I never heard back from you. We take every complaint very seriously and look forward to talking with you futher.
