Nor Cal Auto Works

I took my nephews car here after he was rear ended based on a friends referral, Boy am I sorry I did. Ryan the owner was extremely difficult to work with and took over a month to fix the car. He blamed my insurance for the delay, but when I confronted my Insurance they provided me a detailed list of communication with Ryan, which completely contradicted what he was telling me. I even had my insurance company talk directly with him and they stated that their timeline and his lined up perfectly, leading me to the conclusion that Ryan was lying and basically sat on the car for 3 weeks before beginning work on it. I Finally got the car back and it looked ok, but to make matters worse Ryan actually called me up and began cursing me out and threatening me because he said I owed him $250 after the fact. I even had to file a police report to make sure he didn't follow thru with his threats. Needless to say I do not recommend sending anyone near this shop after what I encountered...

This shop is beautiful! The owner, Ryan, is a great guy. Friendly and honest. All the guys there seem very competent. I was very happy with their work.
