        dissed at car wash

        Awful experience...new white Audi came out of car wash with a 3-4" square red paint area with a 2" long deep scratch (through the paint). When I approached the manager (spoke very little English) he worked to get the paint off and said "only a small scratch". Never a word of apology or acknowledgement. Never take your car here!!!
