Very Very upset with these people. Been seeing Dr Beckwith for 25 plus years and because I am filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy I was told they would no longer see me. I could see a Chapter 7 where they don't get paid but mine was a repayment plan where everybody gets paid. It would not be such a big deal except for the fact I'm in pain management taking a powerful narcotic and due for a refill in the next day. What makes matter worse is that they NEVER told me they would not see me until I called for the refill. VERY disappointed in Dr. Beckwith I even had my children go to him. Have no idea what I'm going to do now that I'm almost done with my script. I have tried to call other doctors but was told the soonest they could see me would be next year towards the end of January. How can they just cut someone off without a heads up and being I have been on these meds for 4 years I'm dreading the next few days/weeks that are coming up. THANKS ALOT. 25 PLUS years with you and this is how you treat me.

This facility has some of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. I came for a physical and was turned away because I didn't have my insurance card, even though it was on file. I still had 15 minutes, enough time to get my card, bit they still said I would have to reschedule, and as I was leaving, one of the receptionists made a very condescending remark to me. I have never been treated so badly by a practice. Stay away!

I went to this office muliple times before I learned my lesson. The receptionist was so rude. I thought I had the flu when I went and also had my infant with me. After waiting a hour and a half I had to leave to pick up my other child from school I returned with both children in tow to end up sitting for another hour. When I said something to the receptionist ,she becane very hostile and told that she thought I didn't want to be seen because I had left. HMMMMMMMMMMM why on earth would I have come back and sat with two children, to soak up the caring atmosphere. I was told to leave. I threw up in the parking lot and then procedded to drive to Chippenham Hospital to find out I had the swine flu. All I copuld think was if they had done their job I wouldnt have to have gone thru so much. I was so worried my children or any of the patients at Chester Family Med Care could have been infected. Never again will I ever go here and I strongly suggest you do not either. There are plenty of other docters out their.
