Kearsley Service Center has installed my furnace, Central Air, Water heater and today Nick Reyes cleaned my Furnace and vents. Did a very complete job and kept me informed through out the processs of issues and concernes.

My aging parents needed a dryer repair and Dick Kearsley's repairman was there right away and had the dryer working again even faster! Dad reported that the service tech was clean and a gentleman and very impressive to boot! Thanks so much for your assistance!

Awesome and honest!

I called another company to look at my freezer and they quoted me over $750. I wanted a second opinion and Dick Kearsley repaired my freezer for only $249. What a difference! Thank you for saving me $500. I will definitely refer you and call you again!Candice Clinton, UT

Be Aware and Careful

Be Aware. I am a home propertry who rents out homes. I had Dick Kearsley Service center so some work for me. I found I was constantly quoted one price and charged another. Warrenty work was not honored. Prices are all over the place. I took a part they replaced into there shop to get a price quote only to find I was charged almost $100.00 more by the service guy then there own store price. I was promised a call to set the right but no one ever called. I for one will take my business elsewhere.

AC was not working so gave them a call. They fit me in the day I called. The Tech showed up late that afternoon, on a hot day, and was pleasant and caring. Found the problem and asked if I wanted to fix it myself. I did so he saved me some money. I have had them do work for me before and will continue to use them!

Wonderful Service

After a long fight with my washer, my washer won. I couldn't figure out the problem. Half way through the cycle it would stop and give me an error signal. My washer was brand new 4 years ago. My Kearsley Tech came out the same day I called and found the problem within minutes.....a big plastic kid's coin stuck in the water tube. He cleaned out everything, balanced my washer and now I'm back doing laundry. Thank you for your kind and prompt service!

Best service ever

I needed a water heater. Stopped in the store at 9:00am, they told me what my options were and what the prices were. I made a selection and I had a new water heater installed by noon. We have done business with this company for the past 25 years. This experience is not special, it is just typical of the way they have always treated us.

had them come out to check my service because i was not trusting my old company anymore and thank god i called these guys!! Dicks found out that the gas was turned up too high in my furnace and was able to get it adjusted back to where it should be and for that reason they are now the only people i will ever use for my furnace and my central air!!

I have never had a problem with this business. They have saved me multiple times by helping me fix the problem myself. They are very knowlegeable and helpful. Their goal is help you fix it yourself rather than sending a service tech to your home and costing you and arm and a leg.

We called because the button on our ice maker kept sticking. The tech came out and "fixed" the issue, and made a laundry list of other items that needed fixed. We figured we would get it all done so our fridge would be like new. A week later, the button on the ice maker stuck again, and this time it blew the circuit board (another $300 fix). I called and they said that they warranty their work and sent the tech out again. The tech said it was an unrelated problem, and proceeded to charge me another service fee- I didn�t realize I was signing up for another fee for a warranty issue. When I got the bill, I was furious, and called the manager who agreed to credit my account. Six weeks later I got a letter telling me my account was being sent to collections, and I called back and the manager told me he had agreed to no such thing, and that I needed to pay the bill. We went back and forth and after him basically telling me I was lying he agreed again to credit the account. Explain

We called and asked them to come give us a quote to deal with our failing A/C system. They sent a guy out who looked at it and decided the A/C was plugged and needed to be cleaned ($300) and he also decided the Thermostat was broken and needed to be replaced ($150)-- this is after he tore it off the wall.###The he gave us a bill for $85, to give us this "quote". I complained but their service manager was sarcastic and very rude, he said we had to pay the bill even though they NEVER disclosed this cost up front, and threatened to send us to collections. The person on site ended up leaving the house WITHOUT rewiring the thermostat nor putting the doors on the furnace, and said something about "collections will get us". He eventually came back after further complaints and reconnected the thermostat, and he admitted that it wasn't actually broken, but we still are forced to pay this bill for him doing NOTHING but giving us a quote for how much the repair will be. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
