Platinum Automotive Repair

Service was slow and I didn’t get my problem fixed with my car. Told Dwayne I wanted to bring it back in and it seems he is dogging my calls. Sent him a text to call me back 2 days ago and still haven’t heard anything. I won’t be using his service anymore. Plus he up-charged me and wouldn’t tell me what exactly he was fixing and what exact parts he ordered to replace in my car. It took much longer than estimated and I literally had to sleep in his office while he worked because it was taking much longer than he told me it would.

Slow and bad service. Minor damage to my car took two months for this body shop to repair. Never ever will my services be honored at this place of business.
