Overall

I dropped off a 2006 Chevy Express 1500 Conversion Van for the scheduled service. The service adviser was pleasant and helpful. I dropped the van off Saturday morning but couldn't pick it up later that day so the service adviser made arrangements for me to pick it up Sunday morning at the new car sales counter.

I was informed a few times that if I wanted to, the courtesy driver would be more than willing to take me home to wait, but I found the waiting area to be quite accommodating. The service was completed in a timely manner and everything that was requested was done. Thanks!

This is the most dishonest dealership. They do not even deserve 1 star. I was given a quote by the manager, Kent Smith in writing on his card and also verbally. When I came back the very next day with my husband to sign the lease agreement he gave us a completely different quote. When we questioned him on the numbers and math he got extremely defensive and rude. He basically quoted us a price he could not honor and then tried to get out of it. This is a shame in that I was ready to lease his vehicle and had spent a lot of time in good faith trying to work with them. I do not know how a dealership can expect to keep any business when they lie to customers, are insulting and are so unscrupulous. As we walked out the door we heard Kent making fun of us. Way to treat an honest customer!

If there were an option for 0 stars I would choose that! Had a terrible experience there! It is my first time leasing a car and unfortunetaly I was very off because of the rude guy names Kent Smith. He was rude, obnoxious and was making fun of me. I am so upset. Dont go there!

Make sure to pay for a carfax ...

Make sure to pay for a carfax youself and not the one they provide on auto trader or at the dealer and if the dealer provides one make sure its the current date. Recently bought my self a cruze from tham they gave me a carfax dated Nov 27 and i went in on Dec 19 took the car off the lot on Dec 20 drove home and everything was great till That friday when i went to see if the car was still listed for sale and i ck the carfax on the auto trader and bam a crash after i seen it days before and it was clean.So i drove from Hialeah to Coconut Creek about an 40 min drive. Got to the dealer with my carfax copy i payed for and showed them they fought me to the end when they finally gave up and they replaced my car. BUT THEY NEVER SAID SORRY OR HAD ANY REMORSE for what they did.

Your service department is outstanding. Dennis, the other service advisers I have worked with, and the mechanics I have met are all outstanding. They know their cars, they are accurate in their diagnosis, and able to fix what is wrong. That is the job that most satisfies me your customer.
