I REFUSE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE... One of several reviews I've written, I was one of Johns' first customers to walk in his shop a few years ago when he just opened. HYE TECH AUTO REPAIR will Always continue to service my vehicles. John always goes the extra mile for everyone and treats everybody fairly & equally, time & time again. His professional mechanics are experts on finding the problem. John, will go through with you in details, always explains what needs to be done, gives you an honest fair price, how long it will take, calls you with any up dates or attention needed that might come up, sometimes the unexpected occurs with normal wear & tare on old parts, that can be expected. Nothing lasts' forever. I've always appreciate that from John. As said: "THE SHOP WITH A BIG HEART" that BEST describes JOHN the owner! You will NEVER meet a nicer person, go see for yourself. I don't write reviews but I had to share my experience with everyone because this shop deserves it. I am 60 years old and have been to many different shops in my life time, when my mechanic passed away two years ago I had a hard time finding a replacement shop that I could trust. My son had been to Hye Tech and told me about the great service he received from them, so I decided to give them a try. I had some problems with my Buick that the dealer had pointed out along with a hefty estimate. I took it in to Hye Tech and spoke to John about the issues my car was having. John assured me that they would do their best to fix the car for me and keep the cost as low as possible. John called me later that day and went over the problems they had identified, I gave him the go ahead and crossed my fingers. I picked up my car the next day and was very impressed. The bill was a quarter of what the dealer wanted to charge car was running great and they even washed it for me. I highly recommend them

Great shop and very honest, I'm always on my toes when I go in for service but for some reason I didn't feel that way at Hye Tech, I was not pressured in to or offered any extra repairs. They inspected the car and showed me the things that required immediate attention and what could wait. The prices were great and the service even better.
