Golden China Restaurant

Over the holidays, I took my family by to enjoy what I thought would be a delicious vegan meal. After ordering our dishes and beginning our meal, I tasted an orange "tofu" piece that tasted just like chicken.

I spit it out and examined it to verify what it was. The waitress was called and I showed her my shocking discovery. Not only was there a piece on my plate but there were several in the main entree!!!

You can imagine my disgust at this time as I am a strict vegan and have not consumed meat in over 20 years. I shared this with the waitress thinking that she would understand my plight and therfore comp the botched meal

The food is jist OK. Today I went there to get take out. The cashier said that will be $7.20 and she walked to the kitchen to get my soup. I gave the manager two $5's He said $7.70!? Maybe I miss heard, I looked at the take out menu and saw that the soup was $6.55 So how much tax's do they charge???? I waited for the cashier and told her what he charged me. She said no it is $7.20 she gave me the correct change. You may ask why are you complaining? This is why,,,, when I asked the manager for a receipt he wrote on a peace a paper $7.70 and gave it to me as a receipt!! He never rung up the order.. THAT IS WHY! so do the math when you go there. 7.70 -- 6.55 = 1.15 That is a lot of taxxxxx
