J's Auto Repair Service

I'm very disappointed in the service provided by Js auto shop. I contacted them numerous times with no response and when I show up there's always this one thing the truck needs. It's frustrating being that we depend on the truck for work.

I have used Juan a few times in the past and been very happy with the work, kept promises and the value received. I recently took my rare sports car in because of fluctuating oil pressure. Even though there are one a few of these particular vehicles around, he promptly diagnosed the problem and had it purring in just a couple of days. When I got the bill, it was much less than I had anticipated. Not only that, he actually fixed a couple of minor issues that could have easily been ignored. I was very pleased with the final result. I won't go anywhere else and highly recommend his company.

Unbelievably GREAT! SAVED ME $1500! I had a rattle noise in my daughters car. Took it to J's. They opened the engine and found the problem. EXPEN$IVE! The shop owner did some research and found this was a common problem with this engine. He put it back together and told me to take it to TOYOTA even though It was past warranty. Toyota was aware of the issue and fixed it. NO CHARGE! **J's AUTO could have taken my money but helped a customer instead.** Are you kidding me!? What a GREAT PLACE! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE THANKS YOU!
