Hey richard, on your shop size,you have the space, all you need to do is invest in adding anther bay to the end of your property and install duel garage doors so you can still get to the back .

this is one of the most informative car shows I have seen. I love the guys because they are honest and give insight that no matter how much you know the business is speculative.
