I had someone tell me this place was not a good place but I decided to go and look I liked it the guy was very nice explained everything slow so I could understand treated me very nice and helped me in the building due to me being in a scooter...

We were in your Dayton location on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. We purchased a Perfect Care mattress set.



We asked for it to be delivered around 5pm on Friday, February 13, 2015. They put it in the computer as "delivery after 5pm", which would be fine, except that it is now after 10:30pm on February 13, 2015, and WE HAVE NO BED.

I called the store at 5:55pm today and asked when we should expect delivery since it said "after 5pm". The man who answered my call was obviously peeved to handle my call and seemed offended that I would ask such a question. He said that I would receive a phone call thirty to sixty minutes before the delivery persons arrive and the latest they deliver is 10:30pm.



We have received NO phone calls, we have had NO delivery drop-ins, we have NO merchandise! And now we have NO bed to sleep on.



We gave your company over five-hundred dollars of our hard-earned money with the promise of our purchased merchandise being delivered to our home on a specific day of our choosing.



This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable customer service.

Always a good experience every time we go in . Mr. OYancy helped me with a spring issue with the bed I bought. Mark Shade helped me with my purchase with a nice and speedy service waiting to pic it up had to order none in stock which was ok with me . William Deaton

Purchased a couch and love seat had a great experience. The store manager was the one that help me and he answered all my questions and was super polite. Definitely going back again. Now camy wait to get my new couch.

My experience at American freight, was very pleasant. As I entered the funiture store I was greeted and helped immediately. My sellsman Mark, went above and beyond to help me find a bedroom suit that was in my budget and of good quality. I feel that I will shop here again in the near future.
