Overall

Long time client, first claim was a disaster. With a roof issue the claims adjustor actually suggested removing good shingles in less visible areas of my roof to use to replace visible areas, then put newer shingles that don't match back in those locations. Dropping these guys, ZERO support from the agent on resolution.
