Quick Spa Car Wash

Visited 12/31/2014 to get $10 wash with wheel cleaner and tire shine. Customer service was horrible. When I finished vacuuming my car, I asked the attendant for a towel. I was asked how much did I pay for my wash. I was confused and answered that I paid for the $10 wash. I was told that they changed and towels were only provided for washes $15 and up and he turned and walked away. I looked around to see if anything reflected that on the signage and there was not. I found the guy again and asked for a corporate number because now it's false advertisement. He told me that he wouldn't give me that information. I asked for his name and he said that I couldn't have his name and mind you, he was in uniform. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was my 12-13th time here and my last.

The guys that work at the carwash are very professional. The customer service is excellent! Especially the young man by the name of Anthony, he's very nice and professional. Keep up the good work. You guys need raises!!!
