Bogey's Bar & Restaurant

If you're anywhere near defuniak springs the hotel defuniak and Bogey's restaurant are a must. even if you don't eat just walking around the building is an experience. The food is superb, we had breakfast lunch and dinner here and all 3 were well presented, its obvious the kitchen staff cares about the food they put out. My favorites, the outtahand breakfast, the fish and chips for lunch and the sushi style tuna for dinner, quite unexpected in a town like this.

We never thought that for such a small town that it would have

a fine restaurant like Bogey's.The food was excellent and everyone was nice

to us as well.If you have never been to this place,put it on your to do list...you

will not be sorry you did.We live about an hour and a half away but Bogey's is

worth the drive.

It took over 2 hours to get our meal which was COLD when we finally received it. The manager/bartender couldn't care less. She was rude and used profanity to a valid complaint levied in a professional manner. Will never return, not because of the service but because of the management.

Casual fine dining with a total disregard for respect or quality service. We don't know if the food is any good because after 2 hours, our dinner finally arrived COLD and we left without eating.



The manager/bartender was not only unsympathetic but rude using profanity to a legitimate complaint presented in a professional and non-combative manner. While delays and problems happen in many restaurants - The best food in the world is terrible when it's served cold, after 2 hours of waiting with poor and disrespectful service from employees and management. I will never return to a place that cares so little about their patrons dining experience.
