Larry Robinson has still not contacted me back my tags expired on Jan 12th and I still have not recieved my new tags and the second key I was promised. I bought a certified used vehicle which is to come with two keys mine did not. Larry made a huge deal on how he had to make sure I got that second key and never did get me the key. On top of that I have called 5 times now and have never heard back. every time I call they say Larry is busy and he will call me back. He never does!!!!!

I bought a 15000 dollar 2008 gmc canyon from piles I asked them if the vehicle had been checked by a certified mechanic they said yes it needed new front brakes and tires I said ok I'll buy it 6 miles after I signed the paperwork it's broke down in my drive way with 1500 in repairs that need to be done piles will not help at all they laugh after us buying multiple cars from them very unethical business

Piles went above and beyond to assist me in the purchase of a used car. I called on Friday afternoon to see if they might have anything in my price range as I had just had my car totaled and was loosing my rental on Monday. The salesman asked me to fill out an online application and he would see what he could do. I filled it out and submitted it thinking it would be the next day. I got a call back that he wanted me to come on in and check out what he had even though they were closing in a half hour. I showed up was handed several keys and taken to each vehicle to check it out. Needless to say I got a vehicle that night!!! I was so frustrated with the entire process I was going through and they related to my aggravations and turned it into a very satisfying situation. Piles is an outstanding dealership!!!!!!

Don't waste your time. I called about a car that this dealership had listed on their website and on craigslist. I told Amanda that I wanted to make sure that the vehicle was still available since I lived 1 1/2 hours away and would be coming up that day to purchase it. She assured me that not only was the vehicle still available but had recently been reduced! We set up an appointment for that evening and upon arrival Amanda told me that they had made a mistake and the vehicle was sold! They then attempted to sell us a vehicle out of our price range with the promise of a good negotiation on price since they "owed us that much." They insulted us with their reduction as it was only a few hundred dollars and they were aware from the beginning what we were able to spend. Don't waste your time with this dealership! We wasted over 4 hours for bad service and unprofessionalism.
