Windsor Car Wash

Had a horrible experience on Monday, October 10th,2016.I paid for full service.my car came with trash inside,seat wet,and the body of my car a little bit scratched.was very angry so I called for the supervisor who didn't apologize or admit for the horrible job done.please I urge anyone to stay away from them.poor service car wash

This is my seventh time at Windsor Car Wash, and I always leave pleased with the service and my car is ultra clean.



Best job in the area. The owner and manager seems to be always there chatting with customers and supervising the service.



The cashiers are sweet as pie. The car always comes out clean and the vacuum is well done.



The management is tops as well, they always are ready to help me if I need a little extra attention.



I have tried most of the car washes in my area and noticed them to be dirty and the car cleaning machines look old and run down.



I hsd noticed the exception at Windsor Car Wash. Before I washed my new car for the first time there, I asked the cashier to page the owner or manager in order to ask about the machines, He was polite and took the time to explain and show me all the new machines have foam turning wheels, which they had a good deal of.



I have expensive rims and tires on my car, and the owner took the time to show me the plastic covers on the tire belt rail device. I had never seen this feature in other car washes. I was confident about my car being safe.



Not all car washes are the same, I found out the hard way. I have been to most of the car washes in the area. This one in East Windsor is the best full service in my county. The best deal is the car wash books. I bought some on my last visit and saved money. Great job for the money as well.



I felt like they treat customers like they come first.

Poor service .paid$16 for a full service wash and the guys did not even remove a couple of old newspapers and empty water bottle on the floor....had the nerve to tell me I had to keep the floor clear for them to vacuum...other areas where the floor was clear was not vacuumed properly...stay away
