Central Chicago Tire

The owner is ignorant and disrespectful, I can't believe they still have that nasty place open.

I called on Thursday, we discussed tires that was on my 93 Lexus, which rob (robert jacobson) did not have in stock and would need to order. He did give me the name of another bridgestone tire that was currently being used on Lexus cars EL 400, my tire was in really bad shape so I search around did not find anything in price or style to compare to price quote I got from rob, I called ask how long would it take to put 4 tires on he said about 45 min, took car in he asked what price did he quote me, he knew which tire. my tires were on rotated and completed in about 35 min. everyone was friendly, he charged what he quote without a lot of extra like rotation, balancing. they were friendly fair and I knew it was family because the person in the office was his mom.
