        We love Arby's. We were happy when we saw an Arby's close by the freeway on a long road trip. We couldn't be more disappointed with this franchise. It seems to be run by 14-yr-old boys who don't know how to make food. They were out of cookies. I ordered a classic roast beef lettuce wrap style because I cannot eat wheat. I was given meat sprinkled with shredded lettuce. I asked for it to be wrapped in lettuce leaves. After two attempts at receiving meat wrapped in brown, wilted, rotting lettuce, I finally tried to eat the meat plain. It was disgusting. The boys running the place were less than hygienic although they attempted to be helpful with what they had. This place needs serious attention from the owner.
