We are a by appointment only business and your appointment time is reserved for you and you only. We may require a credit card at the time of booking to hold your appointment time. No charges will be placed on your card unless your appointment is a no call/no show as stated in our cancellation policy. As a courtesy to our technicians, we require a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No calls and no shows are subject to a 100% charge of services booked. We understand that things come up, such as illness. All we ask is that you call us as soon as they do

However, for those few clients who may routinely no-show or late-cancel we may have to request a credit card to hold reservations out of respect to our staff.Groups - We welcome groups. It is advised to schedule in advance for parties of 4 or more, please contact our spa management so that we may ensure the best services for you and your party.We require a credit card to hold all party reservations. You may cancel your party up to 48 hours before the reserved time for a full refund. Last minute cancellations will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total.We accept all major credit and debit cards
