I have been a customer of Royal Auto on Broadway St. and now, since they moved to Main St., in Evanston, as Sam's Auto, i still go to them. My family owns several cars and the reason I am a regular customer, because, they are honest, most reliable, sincere to their customers and most respected in the market. I like them for their timely services and most reasonable price.

I gotta some scratches on the front door of my new 2015 Camry. I accidentally found this store. Sam is very helpful and friendly. After the painting, the door looks like brand new. Also, they have discounts for NU students.

I needed to get my car repaired and I happened to find Sam's on the google search engine. It was a little hard to find the shop at first because it looks like a normal apartment building. However, the doors and windows are a bright green and blue so you can find it that way. The guys navigated me to the entrance. Sunny knew exactly what was causing the rattling in my car. He went above and beyond to get me the best rates on parts that would normally be so expensive at the Audi dealer. I enjoyed coffee and free wifi while I waited. Pleasant people, great customer service, and excellent repairs. Definitely my new go-to body shop. Thanks guys!

good service great mechanic . he knows what type of problems cars have and exactly how to fix them so you will not have to come back for the same thing again. I love being a customer here because they take such good care of you. I had to come in for my tires a few times. I normally would come in 2 times a year and Firestone always said ti was because of the way I drive. Sam's explained the weight and tracking of the car were off which indirectly wore out my tires more often than it should. I got them serviced about 1 year ago and they still work great. !

Guys are great. I got into a bad accident a few days out. My car had a really bad rear end collision. I cam to Sunny because someone handed me a card after the accident. I am glad they did he was great. He worked out a rental with hertz had my car in the shop and fixed right away. Within a matter of days I was able to get everything ready and had my car back . Best part was he saved me on my deductible and was able to

Sunny is a great person to know. my tail light was out for sometime and I came in for an oil change. He has it on stock. I needed to get some muffler work done to since mine was starting to rattle and he just put it in for free. his exact words I kid you not " use the money you saved on the ticket for you next repair" these guys are great.

So sweet. I work at the university and often depend on my car. Sunny came in on the weekend and was able to fix my car for me after a bad accident. I was hit from the back and my Corolla bumper, lights and trunk were just demolished. I originally came here for and oil change and sunny mentioned they do free detailing for insurance claims so I figured why not the insurance is paying for the damages anyways. They connected me with a hertz rental and I only had to pay for my gas usage. That is actually better than what State Farm said for a rental.

They have great rates plus the work was a quick turn around. got into an accident and need to get my door and side fender fixed. I was able to drop off my van on Friday and pick it up Saturday evening.

The guys here were really nice. Sam was a bit confusing but he knows his way around the car. I told him how my dealer pointed out I needed to get some work done. Sam showed me the exact areas that needed to get updated and saved me a lot of money. he explained how I had time to do the repairs and they were not needed. I could wait until after the winter and be fine as well as save a lot of unneeded expense. It was nice because I am on a budget this holiday season and he made it a better holiday.
