Wow !!! I'm not sure who this person ( Fair1111 ) is but, obviously they have an issue. This is not the first posting they have left. We at Watson auto body cannot address a concern or issue without that person being available for our staff to inspect the vehicle. Mismatched paint is a rarity, unless it pertains to bumper covers which have an additive referred to as ( flex )which can change the hue of the color. Our staff is well versed in disclosing this possibility prior to repairs especially when the existing bumper cover, mirror, mouldings, etc. color is a mismatch from the factory... As far as chips go our warranty expressly states rock chips cannot be warranteed, unless it is a legitmate product failure which our paint manufacturer / supplier have rep's in place to help and assist in determining these rare warrantable cases. Even the space shuttle gets rock chips... Further I would incourage this person to discuss the rock chip claim with their insurance company. We at Watson auto body would jump at the opportunity to visualize and have an open discussion about this clients concerns.
